Kathy Lentz - Federal Insights

For 18 years, this tactical sales and market consulting firm has specialized in the federal government and healthcare industries, leveraging 40 years of experience in selling services and technologies to the federal sector. The firm offers five key services: business development intelligence and pipeline opportunity support to increase win probability, business development advisory services including BD process assessments, sales team evaluations, coaching, and pipeline support, and serving in Advisory Board or Board of Director roles to drive company growth through active participation. The ultimate goal is to enhance opportunity win probability through stronger capture strategies. With senior BD roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, Computer Sciences Corporation, SAIC, Federal Sources, HCL James Martin, and Pearson, the firm brings deep industry expertise. Additionally, involvement in the Professional Services Council (PSC), Federal Health Conference Committee, and major contributions to the HHS and VA Vision teams further solidify its leadership in the space.

Lynda Stafford - Stafford Business Consulting

Lynda Stafford established Stafford Business Consulting to pursue her passion for helping others succeed through training, mentoring, and executive coaching. As an advisor to a high-growth AI startup, a board member of the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO), and a coach for the EO Accelerator Program, she is dedicated to fostering business growth and leadership. Previously, Lynda was the founder and president of RMGS, a $27M federal government contracting company that earned multiple recognitions on Inc. Magazine’s list of fastest-growing private companies. She also founded and leads LXG Management Company, providing custom training, human resources consulting, bookkeeping, and government contracting support. With a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, and ongoing accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Lynda brings a wealth of expertise to businesses looking to scale and thrive.

Brian Long - BL Government Solutions

Brian Long established BL Government Solutions to help small businesses succeed and grow in working with local, state, and federal governments. His firm specializes in pipeline development, team building, strategic planning, and proposal development to enhance businesses’ ability to secure government contracts. Throughout his career, Brian has contributed his expertise to companies of all sizes, from large corporations like Booz Allen Hamilton and Computer Sciences Corporation to medium and small enterprises. He has managed programs, led capture efforts, and developed proposals for agencies including the Navy, Army, Air Force, Marine Corps, DHS, FEMA, and IRS. With extensive experience utilizing contracting vehicles such as Seaport-NxG, RS3, VETS2, OASIS, and GSA, Brian has held key leadership roles, including COO, VP, and Director, overseeing operations, business development, and management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Christopher Newport University and an MBA from The College of William and Mary.

Hillary Boyce - BAFO Services

Ms. Hillary Boyce is BAFO Services, LLC’s President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). She comes with over 20 years of experience in the procurement, execution, and management of government contracts. Her experience includes ownership and acquisition of her own small government contracting business, where many government services related contracts were awarded. She also got certified as a Master in Business Development through MBDi. Ms. Boyce is a U.S. Army veteran, serving as an Engineer in the National Guard before entering the active Army and serving in the 3rd Infantry Division. She resides in Norfolk, Virginia, and has a 22-year-old son. She attended college at the University of Maryland (Europe and Asia Division) focusing on Business Administration. She has a Certification in Acquisition and Procurement through Tidewater Community College (TCC) and has recently finished Law School at Regent University.
